Service Terms for Detailing Dynasty Co.

Bookings and Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the vehicle type, service selected, and the condition described at the time of booking. Final pricing may change if the vehicle condition, contamination level, or service scope materially differs from what was disclosed before arrival.

Access and Service Conditions

Clients must provide safe and practical access to the vehicle and disclose any known issues that may affect detailing or tinting work. Where water, power, weather, site access, or safety conditions prevent the service from being performed properly, the appointment may be rescheduled.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments should be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. A $79 cancellation fee applies if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Late changes may also affect availability for future bookings, especially for larger jobs such as ceramic coating, window tinting, or full-day services.

Results and Limitations

Detailing improves presentation, cleanliness, and protection, but some defects may be permanent or outside the scope of a booked service. Deep staining, paint failure, trim damage, excessive pet hair, mold, or heavy contamination may require additional time, extra charges, or referral to a more specialised service.

Payments

Payment is due on completion unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing. Fixed-price, varied-price, and assessment-based services may be treated differently depending on scope, products used, and whether extra work is approved on site.

Late Payment Policy

All invoices are to be paid by the stated due date. Any invoice that remains unpaid 4 days after the due date will incur a $15 late fee. An additional $15 per day will be applied for each day the invoice remains outstanding thereafter until full payment is received. Detailing Dynasty Co. reserves the right to suspend or refuse future services until any outstanding balances, including late fees, are paid in full.

Window Tinting and Coating Services

Ceramic coating and ceramic window tinting services rely on correct preparation, curing, and aftercare. Clients must follow any aftercare instructions provided after completion. Warranty-related claims depend on the actual product or installation conditions and do not cover misuse, impact damage, or neglected maintenance.

Hazardous and Bio-Contamination Work

Hazardous-material removal is handled case by case and may require inspection before work is approved. Pricing, scope, and turnaround for these jobs are not automatic and depend on safety, contamination type, and disposal requirements.

Liability

Reasonable care is taken during all services. Clients should remove valuables and disclose pre-existing damage before the appointment. Liability is limited to issues directly caused by the service and does not extend to undisclosed defects, prior damage, or normal wear already present on the vehicle.
